  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Steps

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Meanwhile, marinate swordfish in teriyaki sauce, 5 minutes per side.
  3. Grill swordfish, basting frequently with melted butter, until fish flakes easily with a fork, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  4. Season with garlic powder and serve.
