This creamy jalapeno cranberry dip is a copycat version of the popular Costco dip by Stonemill Kitchens. With both pickled and fresh jalapenos, sweetened dried cranberries, and a combination of asiago and cream cheese, it’s so popular that they sell it year round.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 jalapeno pepper , seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos , plus 1 teaspoon pickling brine from the jar
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese , softened
- 2/3 cup grated asiago cheese
Steps
- Place cranberries in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand for 3 minutes to soften slightly and drain.
- Add cranberries, jalapeno, pickled jalapeno, brine, red onion, and sugar into a food processor and pulse until very finely chopped.
- Combine cranberry mixture with softened cream cheese and asiago cheese and stir until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
